摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合中药加减读书丸治疗青少年抑郁的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法将符合纳入标准的58名病例随机分为2组,治疗组采用针刺结合中药加减读书丸治疗;对照组口服舍曲林结合心理干预,治疗3个月。治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行评分以观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.7%,对照组为68.9%,二者疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合中药治疗青少年抑郁症疗效较好。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on juvenile depression treated with acupuncture combined with Dushuwan.Methods：58 of juvenile depression cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with Dushuwan.The control group were treated by Sertraline.The effect was observed after the three months of treatment.Hamilton Anxiety scale（HAMA）and Hamilton Depressive scale（HAMD）were used to assess juvenile depression.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 82.7% and 68.9% respectively.Conclusion：Combined treatment of acupuncture and Dushuwan for juvenile depression is obviously superior to Western medcine.
