探讨运脾法对小儿幽门螺杆菌感染性胃肠疾病的作用机制

摘　　要：目的:探讨运脾法及中药复方清幽颗粒对小儿幽门螺杆菌感染性胃肠疾病的作用机制。方法:将Hp阳性、中医辨证为脾胃湿热证的72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组内服清幽颗粒;对照组采用西药治疗,疗程4周,观察临床症状改变、幽门螺杆菌(HP)转阴情况。结果:治疗组总有效率97.22%,对照组总有效率86.11%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组能明显减轻患儿症状并优于对照组(P<0.01),对Hp的抑制作用两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运脾法及中药复方清幽颗粒对小儿幽门螺杆菌有良好的抑制作用,对Hp感染性胃肠疾病具有良好疗效。Objective：To discuss the mechanism of action both of activating spleen method and Chinese herbal compound Qingyou granules to children＇s gastrointestinal diseases infected with Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods：Seventy-two cases of patients with Hp and syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation in spleen were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group took Qingyou granules.The control group used Western medicine treatment for 4 weeks,observing the variations of the clinical symptoms,and the cases that Hp into negative.Results：The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 97.22%.The control group total effective rate was 86.11%.There was significant difference（P〈0.01）.Treatment group can significantly reduce children＇s symptoms and was better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.The inhibitory effect of Hp in the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Activing spleen method and Chinese herbal compound Qingyou granules have good inhibitory effect on Hp infection and good curative effect on gastrointestinal diseases infected with Hp.
