以双下肢无力为首发表现的神经科疾病2例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以双下肢无力为首发表现的少见神经科疾病的临床特点,加强对少见病的认识。方法对2例以双下肢无力为首发表现的神经科疾病患者的诊治过程进行分析。结果 1例最终诊断甲状旁腺功能亢进性肌病,曾先后误诊为抑郁症、脊髓型颈椎病,1例最终诊断为甲亢性周期性麻痹,曾以诊断为"低血钾性周期性麻痹"反复就诊。结论临床遇到以双下肢无力为首发表现的神经科疾病时,不能仅局限于专科疾病,而应拓展临床思维,以求正确诊治。Objective To explore clinical characteristics of rare neurologic disorders with first manifestation of weakness in both lower limbs.Methods Analysis was made on the course of the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of neurological disorders with first manifestation of weakness in both lower limbs.Results One case was diagnosed of hyperparathyroidism myopathies in the end,and it had been diagnosed of depression and cervical spondylotic myelopathy in succession.One case was diagnosed of thyrotoxic periodic paralysis in the end,and it had been diagnosed of hypokalaemia periodic paralysis with the result that the patient saw doctors repeatedly.Conclusion When patients with first manifestation of weakness in both lower limbs are met in the clinical works,we shouldn＇t be limited to our specialized knowledge.Oppositely,we should expand our clinical thoughts so as to diagnose and therapy diseases correctly.
