国产奥氮平与维思通的临床对照治疗

摘　　要：目的:对比国产奥氮平与维思通的疗效和不良反应。方法:对60例精神分裂症患者随机分为奥氮平组30例和维思通组30例,进行相应的药物治疗,疗程6周,采用PANSS量表和TESS副反应量表进行评价。结果:国产奥氮平和维思通疗效相当,但奥氮平的不良反应发生率和症状严重程度显著低于维思通,同时具有较简单的服用方法和良好的依从性。结论:奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少,服用简单,依从性好。Objective： To compare curative effect and untoward effect between domestic olanzapine and risperidone. Methods： Sixty patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups ： thirty patients were in domestic olanzapine＇ s group and the other thirty patients were in risperidone＇ s group, after treatment for six weekends, used positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） to evaluate the efficacy. Results： domestic olanzapine and risperidone had equal therapy, but the incidence of adverse reaction and symptom severity of domestic olanzapine was significantly lower than risperidone, moreover, domestic olanzapine had simple taking method and good compliance. Conclusion： Domestic olanzapine for schizophrenia might have a good efficacy, few untoward effects,taking a simple and good compliance.
