中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法将单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者83例随机分为2组。2组均用无环鸟苷眼液、氧氟沙星眼用凝胶点眼,治疗组40例(42只眼)予中医辨证治疗,对照组43例(45只眼)予阿昔洛韦治疗。28 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为75.56%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。1年后复发率治疗组4.76%,对照组20.0%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效肯定,且复发率低。Objective To observe the effect of herpes simplex keratitis treated by combined therapy of Chi- nese and Western medicine. Methods 83 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients（42 eyes） in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine differentiation treat- ment. 43 patients（45 eyes） in control group were treated by Acyelovir. Patients in two group received eye drop appli- cation of Acyclovir eye drops and ofloxacin ophthalmic gel. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 28 days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.86% ） was higher than that in control group（75.56% ,P 〈0.05 ）. 1 - year relapse rate in treatment group was 4.76% and 20.0% in the control group, that of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Combined thera- py of Chinese and Western medicine has definite effect and lower relapse rate on herpes simplex keratitis.
