摘 要:反思汉语存在的文化生态危机,从全球化时代国家文化战略出发谋划汉语未来的发展。深度培育汉语的表达活力,由活力汉语来承载国家的文化创造力。这就需要创造性重构汉语文教育的真正目标:从消极语用的"接受本位"转换到积极语用的"表达本位"乃至"表现本位";着力突破"适应论"教育理论和"以本为本"的狭隘课程形态,深远培育学习者的"汉语童子功",即以"思"为中枢、以"听、读、视"为基础、以"说、写、评"为指向的七字能力体系。由此而开辟"文化强国"的中国道路,主动应对全球化时代多元文化的博弈。Reviewing the Chinese cultural and ecological crisis, the plan for the future of Chinese language are to be made from the viewpoint of the national culture development strategy in the globalization era. The vigorous Chinese language ability should be cultivated to promote the cultural creativity of China. This requires real creative reconstruction of Chinese language education goal: that is, to transform the negative pragmatic "acceptance-centered" to active pragmatic "expression" or even "performance"; to breakthrough the adaptation-oriented education theory and the narrow textbook-centered curriculum form; to euhivate the learners "Chinese language boy power", namely the seven-word ability system concerning" thinking-centered", "listening reading and audio-visual- based" ," speaking, writing and commenting-oriented". Only in this way can we open up a Chinese road leading to a "cultural power", and deal with the pluralistic culture game in the era of globaliza- tion.
