摘　　要：目的探讨微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)在胃癌中的表达及预后意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测MCM2在胃癌、转移淋巴结和正常组织中的表达,分析其表达与临床病理特征及生存率的关系。结果 MCM2在胃癌及转移淋巴结组织中的表达较正常组织中高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中MCM2表达与患者的年龄、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、肿瘤位置、有无远处转移、UICC分期无显著相关性(P>0.05)。胃癌中MCM2表达阴性患者的预后较MCM2表达阳性患者好(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,MCM2在胃癌中的阳性表达(P<0.05)、肿瘤的浸润深度(P<0.05)及淋巴结转移(P<0.05)是胃癌术后的独立预测因素。结论 MCM2可作为胃癌细胞增殖和预后判断的标志物。Objective To examine the expression and prognostic significance of minichromosome maintenance 2 （MCM2） in gastric cancer. Methods Using immune -histochemistry, the expression of MCM2 was examined in gastric carcinoma and paired normal gastric mucosa. Statistical analysis of the expression of MCM2 protein in gastric cancer and normal tissues was performed to evaluate the relationship between MCM2 expression and clinieopathological characteristics in gastric cancer. Results Immuno - histochemistry analysis showed MCM2 expression was significantly upregulated in tumor and metastastic lymph node tissues compared with the corre- sponding non- cancerous mucosa （P 〈 0.05）. Positive expression of MCM2 was significantly associated with patients＇ age, T category and the presence of lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no differences between MCM2 expression and tumor size,tumor location,M category,International Union Against Cancer （UICC） stage, （ P 〉 0.05）. Patients with negative tumor MCM2 expression displayed a better survival time than those with positive MCM2 expression （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Survival analysis showed that positive MCM2 expression （ P 〈 0.05 ）, T stage （ P 〈 0.05 ） and N stage （ P 〈 0.05 ） were independent prognostic factors for gastric cancer patients after operation. Conclusion Our data suggests that MCM2 could serve as a novel prognostic biomarker in gastric carcinoma.
