摘　　要：通过调研确定焊接专业的典型工作岗位,根据特种设备制造标准对焊接人员的要求,构建标准融入的专业课程体系,并把教学内容与标准内容对接进行课程建设,围绕特种设备制造建设具有行业特色的师资队伍,按照焊接技术人员成长规律,开展实践教学和行动导向教学改革。Through the investigation to determine the typical working positions of welding profession, according to the requirements of special equipment manufacturing standards for welding skilled personnel ,the standard-integrated professional curriculum system is constructed, and the teaching content and standard were combined during curriculum construction, to construct teaching staff with the industry characteristics focusing on special equipment manufacturing,the reform of practice-teaching and action-oriented teaching were done in accordance with the growth law of welding technical personnel.
