血清CA125和Cyfra21-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)及血清细胞角蛋白片段抗原21-1(Cyfra21-1)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法回顾性分析49例子宫内膜腺癌患者(A组)及46例正常子宫内膜者(B组)术前血清CA125及Cyfra21-1的水平,并与术后病理结果等临床资料进行临床对比分析。结果 A组术前血清CA125及Cy-fra21-1水平显著高于B组;血清CA125及Cyfra21-1诊断子宫内膜腺癌的敏感度分别为26.53%及28.57%,联合检查能提高诊断,敏感度为40.82%。晚期子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125及Cyfra21-1检测阳性率显著高于早期患者(P<0.05)。结论术前联合检测血清CA125及Cyfra21-1有助于子宫内膜腺癌的诊断,术前检测血清CA125及Cyfra21-1的阳性结果反应子宫内膜腺癌患者的期别晚及预后不良的风险增高。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 in Endometrial carcinoma patients.Methods Review was made on the results of serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 before operation for 49 patients with Endometrial carci- noma （group A） and 46 patients with normal endometrium （group B）, which was analyzed and compared with pathologic finding of surgery. Results The serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21 -1 level in Endometrial carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in normal endo- metrium patiensts.The diagnostic sensitivity of serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 in Endome- trial carcinoma were 26.53% and 28.57%. The diagnostic sensitivity of combining two methods was 40.82%. The positive ratio of serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 expression in Endometrial carcinoma patients in later stage were significantly higher than those in early stage（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of preoperative serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 may help in the diagnosis of Endometrial carcinoma. Preoperative serum CA125 and serum cyfra 21-1 positive expression may predict the poor prognosis of Endometrial carcinoma .
