摘 要:目的研究亚硒酸钠和维生素E对被动吸烟大鼠肺部炎症和抗氧化能力的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为5组(每组10只),A组:正常对照组;B组:模型组;C组:每天吸烟3次,亚硒酸钠灌胃;D组:每天吸烟3次,维生素E灌胃;E组:每天吸烟3次,维生素E+亚硒酸钠灌胃,连续6周。通过肺组织HE染色观察气道炎症改变、收集支气管肺泡灌洗液进行细胞计数并分类。取血测活性氧类物质(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)。结果各用药组气道炎症浸润较被动吸烟组明显减轻,其SOD、GSH-Px含量均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05),ROS和MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论亚硒酸钠、维生素E可对抗被动吸烟引起的氧化损伤和清除过量自由基的作用,从而减轻肺部炎症。Objective To Investigate the effects of Vitamin E and Sodium Selenite on the pulmo- nary inflammation and antioxidant capability of passive smoking rats.Metheds Rats are placed in- to the boxes and given passive smoking three times per day. Some of them are given gavage with Vitamin E and Sodium Selenite for 6 weeks. Observe the change of Airway Inflammation by HE coloration of lung texture and collect the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid to conduct cell count and classification. Then blood sample was taken to measure the content of SOD, GSH- Px and MDA.Results The content of SOD, GSH-Px have increased (P〈0.05), while ROS and MDA have decreased (P〈0.05), which suggests that the Airway Inflammation Infiltration of rats taking the drugs has been alleviated compared with that without.Cenclusion Vitamin E and Sodium Selenite can alleviate the pulmonary inflammation by rivaling the oxidative damage of passive smoking and eliminating excess radicals.
