摘 要:以‘户太八号’葡萄籽为原料,利用微波辅助提取葡萄籽油,在单因素基础上,采用二次正交旋转组合试验建立数学回归模型,并用气相色谱测定了葡萄籽油的脂肪酸组成和含量。结果表明,以正己烷为提取溶剂,优化的工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,料液比1∶11,提取时间23min,微波功率700W,在此条件下,数学回归模型预测提取率为92.85%,验证试验葡萄籽油提取率92.45%,说明数学模型可靠。葡萄籽油中含有大量的亚油酸,占葡萄籽油的71.45%。Microwave-assisted method was used to extract oil from ‘HutalNO.8’ grape seea. The extraction conmuons were optimized by quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination design,and the quadratic regression equation was established.Gas chromatograph was applied to detect fatty acids. The results showed that the optimal parameters of extraction temperature, ratio of grape seed to solvent (hexane), extraction time and microwave power were 50 ℃, 1:11,23 min and 700 W,respectively.Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of grape seed oil was up to 92.85% and 93.22% in the verified experiment, which suggested the predication modal was good. The grape seed oil contained a large amount of linoleic acid, accounting for 71.45%.
