摘  要:以交沙霉素产生菌R29为供试菌株,采用响应面法综合实验设计,利用SAS分析软件对交沙霉素发酵培养基进行了优化.结果表明:棉籽饼粉和豆油为主效应因素,且培养基中棉籽饼粉和豆油最佳比例分别为1.9%和0.405%时,预测交沙霉素的发酵效价为220.6μg/mL.经验证试验,最优条件下交沙霉素的发酵效价为221.8μg/mL,与预测值相近,比原始配方下交沙霉素的发酵效价提高了10.66%.说明优化的发酵配方确实比初始配方更有利于菌株R29的产素.Experiments were designed to optimize the fermentation medium of josamycin R29 by the re- sponse surface analysis, using SAS analysis software to optimize.The results showed that the main effect factors were cottonseed cake powder and soybean oil, and the fermentation titer of josamycin was expected to be 220.6 txg/mL when the proportion of cottonseed cake powder and soybean oil was 1.9% and 0. 405% respectively.And the validation test showed that, the josamycin fermentation titer was 221.8 txg/ mL in the optimal conditions, similar to forecast, which was 10.66% higher than the initial medium compo- nents before optimization, showing that optimization of the fermentation medium does more than the original.
