摘 要:采用接触角测量仪分别测定了脲醛树脂(UF)、酚醛树脂(PF)和异氰酸酯(MDI)胶黏剂在香根草不同部位的接触角,比较其润湿性,并利用K值比较了脲醛树脂胶对香根草不同部位的扩散、渗透能力。结果表明:MDI的初始接触角与平衡接触角都相对较小,UF次之,优于PF胶;不同黏度UF胶对香根草不同部位的润湿性相差较大,秆芯部及内表面润湿性优于秆外表面,叶表面的润湿性相对较差。Measuring urea-formaldehyde resin (UF), phenolic resin (PF) and isocyanate (MDI) adhesive of contact angles in different parts of vetiver with contact angle meter, comparing its wettability, the compared diffusion and ability to penetrate of urea-formaldehyde resin in different parts of vetiver using K value. It showed that: the initial contact angle and equilibrium contact angle of MDI were relatively small, and the ones of UF took the second place, higher than those of PF; There were distinct difference of wettability of different parts to UF resin, the wettability of core and the stem- inside were better than stem-surface, the wettability of the leaf surface was relatively poor.
