摘　　要：通过运动分析论述了强制进料鼓式削片机削片过程中遇角的变化对木片尺寸的影响。根据对木片切料角的工艺要求可初步确定削片机的基本尺寸。通过受力分析论述了适宜鼓式削片机加工原料的形态,进料槽的合理安装位置和尺寸。从理论上分析了刀鼓上飞刀装刀形式的利弊,为鼓式削片机设计提供理论依据。The article analyzes the affecting factors to the chip size from the changes of cutting angles during the chipping course of drum chipper through the motive analysis. According to the technological requirement of chip cropping angle in MDF process, the basic size of chipper could be determined. Through the analysis of the accepted force, the shape of processed raw material being suitable for drum chipper, reasonable installing position and dimensions of feeding chute. The advantage and disadvantage of inside or outside mounting of flying knives on the drum are also described.
