摘  要:将不同浓度的BL阻燃剂,添加不同比例的MTH/ATH(Mg(OH)2/Al(OH)3)进行复配。采用微波加热后超声波浸渍的方法处理杨木,使其经过更短时间的阻燃处理之后,阻燃抑烟性能更加优异。利用氧指数测定、烟密度分析、锥形量热仪和TG-DTG热分析方法对阻燃杨木试件的燃烧性能进行测试分析。研究得出,阻燃剂进行复配后,阻燃性能均有提高。复合阻燃剂配比即20wt%和25wt%的BL∶MTH/ATH=9:1时,阻燃杨木的抑烟效果、阻燃性能显著增强,释热速率HRR、释热总量THR、产烟总量Total SP显著降低,剩炭率增加,BL阻燃剂和MTH/ATH具有良好的阻燃协同性。Poplar was treated,with different concentration of BL-flame retardant blended by adding different proportion of MTH/ATH(Mg(OH)2/AI(OH)3), by impregnation method that ultrasonic wave dipping after microwave heating, Poplar is of excellent performance at smoke suppression and flame retardancy after a much shorter treatment time. Oxygen index, smoke density detection, cone calorimeter and TG-DTG were used to test and analyze burning performance of Poplar treated by blended flame retardant. The result was that Poplar had better performance after treated by blended flame retardant 20% and 25% concentration of BL-flame retardant solution blended by adding 10% proportion of effective constituents MTH/ATH. Heat Release Rate(HRR), Total Heat Release(THR), Total smoke production(Total SP) had an significant reduce, but the char residual yield increased, BL-flame retardant and MTH/ATH had excellent synergistic flame retardancy.
