摘 要:目的:检测LRIG3蛋白及EGFR蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨LRIG3蛋白与宫颈癌发生、发展及临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例宫颈癌组织、45例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及30例因良性病变切除子宫的正常宫颈组织中LRIG3蛋白的表达。结果:LRIG3蛋白在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为24.0%(12/50)、53.3%(24/45)及3.3%(1/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR蛋白在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为84.0%(42/50)、53.3%(24/45)及93.3%(28/30),宫颈癌组织中LRIG3蛋白的表达与EGFR负相关(P<0.05);LRIG3蛋白阳性表达与宫颈癌组织分级、体积、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,而与患者的年龄及宫颈癌组织分型无关。结论:LRIG3蛋白的低表达可能通过调节EGFR促进宫颈癌的发生发展,LRIG3可作宫颈癌早期诊断及预后评估的一项重要指标。Objective: To detect the expressions of LRIG3 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein in cervi- cal cancer tissue, explore the relationship between LRIG3 protein and occurrence, development, clinical pathological characteristics of cervi- cal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of LRIG3 protein in 50 cases with cervical cancer, 45 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and 30 cases of resected normal cervical tissue because of benign cervical diseases. Results: The positive expression rates of LRIG3 protein in cervical cancer, CIN, and normal cervical tissue were 24. 0% ( 12/ 50), 53.3% (24/45), and 3.4% ( 1/30), respectively, there was statistically significant difference among the three groups (P 〈0. 05) ; the Positive expression rates of EGFR protein in cervical cancer, CIN, and normal cervical tissue were 84. 0% (42/50), 53.3% (24/45) and 93.:3 % (28/30), respectively; there was a negative correlation between LRIG3 protein expression and EGFR protein expression in cer- vical cancer tissue (P 〈 0. 05) ; the positive expression rate of LRIG3 protein was correlated with histological grades, volume, lymph node metasiis, and clinical stages, but it was not related to age and histological types. Conclusion: The down - regulation of LRIG protein may promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer by regulating EGFR protein expression, LRIG3 can be used as an important indi- cator for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
