摘  要:使用可靠性随机分析理论与确定性有限元求解技术,建立了一种适合于国产碳纤维缠绕复合材料传动轴构件设计研发的可靠性分析方法。使用该方法,能够有效计算国产碳纤维复合材料轴类构件使用过程可靠性指标以及失效概率,通过对结构响应变量起主要影响作用的随机输入变量分析,确定影响构件质量的主要因素,预测出构件在工作过程中的失效件数,从而给出制备工艺是否需要继续提升的判断依据,为把关构件的合格率提供了理论保障。The method of reliability analysis for designing drive shatts maae ot aomestlc caroon noer mament-wounu composites was presented by combining the reliability stochastic analysis theory and determinacy finite element method. The reliability analysis was an effective method for calculating the reliability and failure probability of the shafts made of domestic carbon fiber composites. By analyzing the random input variables which played major roles in response variables of structure, the main factors which influencing the quality of the shafts could be determined and the failure parts of the shafts in the process of working was predicted. Thereby the judgement for whether the preparation process technology being needed to continue to improve was given, which provided a theoretic ensurance for controlling the qualification rate of the shafts.
