摘 要:酸性鞘磷脂酶-神经酰胺信号通路的激活与许多疾病的发生密切相关,酸性鞘磷脂酶已成为多种疾病的生物标记物及潜在重要的治疗靶标,因此其抑制剂研究也备受关注。简介与酸性鞘磷脂酶相关的疾病,分类综述酸性鞘磷脂酶抑制剂的研究近况,为高活性、高选择性酸性鞘磷脂酶抑制剂的研究与开发及用于相关疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。Activation of acid sphingomyelinase(ASMase) -ceramide signaling pathway is closely relat- ed to many diseases. ASMase has been found to be a biomarker and potentially important therapeutic tar- get for a wide range of diseases. Therefore the research on its inhibitor has attracted much attention. The ASMase- related diseases were briefly introduced, and the recent researches on ASMase inhibitors were reviewed classifiedly so as to provide a reference for the research and development of ASMase inhibitors with high activity and selectivity as well as the prevention and treatment of the ASMase- related diseases.
