摘　　要：通过对广东省高职院校与本科院校图书馆绩效管理实施情况及其成因的调查分析,归纳出两类高校图书馆在实施绩效管理问题上的共性与差异,为深入研究高职院校图书馆绩效管理模式提供了参考。The paper summarized the similarities and differences of the libraries of Guangdong polytechnic colleges and undergraduate colleges,based on the analysis of the implementation and causes of performance management of the two kinds of university libraries.The research provides a reference for in-depth study of polytechnic college libraries performance management.
