云南少数民族传统体育与农村中学阳光体育的和谐发展研究

摘　　要：通过对云南农村中学阳光体育运动开展的影响因素进行分析,指出:为了阳光体育运动在云南农村中学更好的开展和落实,除了要加强体育师资建设、改善硬件设施及构建制度保障体系外,更应该注重区域资源优势的挖掘与发挥。借助云南丰富的少数民族传统体育资源,以阳光体育运动为导向,将其与学校体育课程资源融合,开发合理、适宜的阳光体育运动项目,在传承和保护少数民族传统体育文化的同时,保障阳光体育运动在云南农村中学有效的开展和落实。This article through to the Yunnan countryside middle school Sunshine Sports Promoting Factors of poor impact analysis,pointed out： how the sunshine sports in Yunnan rural middle school to promote and implement,in addition to strengthening sports teachers construction,improve the hardware facilities and the construction of system security system,should be more and play mining focus on Regional resources superiority.With the help of the minority traditional sports resources in Yunnan are abundant,the sunshine sports as the guide,the fusion and the school sports curriculum resources,development of sunshine sports project is reasonable,in the inheritance and protection of minority traditional sports culture at the same time,guarantee the sunshine sports in Yunnan rural middle school effective implement.
