摘 要:培训外包作为一种新的管理模式被越来越多的企业所接受,已经成为创造企业人力资本的源泉,但是它在为企业保持和提升竞争优势的同时不免产生高风险。目前,针对培训外包风险评价的研究很多,但未形成一套系统而全面的培训外包风险评估体系,且将熵权法引入这一领域尚属空白。因此,本文提出了一套基于熵权法的企业培训外包风险模糊评价模型。首先,在综合分析国内外学者关于培训外包风险研究的文献上,构建了培训外包风险评价指标体系;其次,采用熵权法确定风险评价指标权重,并建立模糊综合评价模型;最后,通过以某企业为例,验证此方法的有效性及实用性。The training outsourcing as a new management model more and more enterprises to accept, has become a source of creation of human capital. But it can not help but have a high risk to maintain and enhance the competitive advantage for enterprises. At present, a lot of research for the training outsourcing risk evaluation, but not the formation of a systematic and comprehensive training outsourcing risk assessment system, and entropy method introduced in this field is still blank. The paper proposes a set of training outsourcing risk fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy method. Firstly, build training outsourcing risk evaluation index system; Secondly, use entropy method to determine the risk evaluation index weight, and then use the fuzzy evaluation method to establish evaluation mode; Finally, take one enterprise as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicality of this evaluation system.
