摘　　要：针对气门零件结构稳定、差异较小的特点,利用Java程序语言和SQL Server数据库开发出一种基于特征并能自动完成余量计算生成工艺文件的气门CAPP系统。介绍了该系统功能结构、工作原理、工艺派生流程以及实现工艺文件自动生成的关键,应用实例表明该系统规范了企业的工艺设计,明显提高了工艺人员编制工艺文件的效率,同时也是非常好的培训新员工的工具。Valve has stable structure and the difference among them are very small ,based on those characteristics, the author has developed a feature-based and automatically margin calculation CAPP system ,using programming language Java and SQL server database, this paper introduces the composition of the system, Working principle ,the process of generating Process documents ,as well as the key of generating process documents automatically. Last ,through software application example, the author get an conclusion that the system make process design more standardized ,significantly improve the efficiency of the technology staffing, also a very good tool for training new employees.
