摘　　要：为克服传统供应商评价仅从供应商的综合能力或历史绩效角度建立评价指标体系,而忽略供应商的风险管理与分类管理的不足,基于卡拉杰克矩阵,从供应商的价值和供应商的风险两个维度建立供应商评价指标体系。为了以量化的方法实现动态供应商的分类管理和择优选择,结合可拓理论和层次分析法建立供应商的分类评价模型,将企业的供应商分成四类,并在每种类型的供应商中选择出优秀的供应商,实施不同类型的供应商管理策略。最后,以企业应用实例说明该方法的科学性和合理性。In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional supplier evaluation method which established evaluation index system only based on suppliers＇ the comprehensive ability or historical performance, and ignored the risk management and category management, The paper establishes supplier evaluation index system from the dimensions of suppliers＇ value and risk based on Kraljic Matrix, and builds supplier classification model combined extension theory and analytic hierarchy process to divide suppliers into four types and implement different supplier management strategies according to the type. Finally, an application instance illustrates the science and rationality of the method.
