摘 要:阐述了一种新型柑橘榨汁专用设备——BGZJ-7型柑橘半果榨汁机的设计。采用了半果旋转锥汁的榨汁原理,最大限度地避免了榨汁过程中柑橘皮、囊衣、种子等所含的苦味物质和橘皮油等进入产品果汁中,简化了榨后果汁处理工艺,果汁产品质量好,且易于控制。该机整个生产过程为连续进料、送果、切半、压榨、出汁、出皮渣连续完成。The design of a new type of dedicated equipment of juicing citrus was introduced, which was the Model BGZJ-7 Halved Citrus Juicer.
