摘　　要：阐述了一种新型柑橘榨汁专用设备——BGZJ-7型柑橘半果榨汁机的设计。采用了半果旋转锥汁的榨汁原理,最大限度地避免了榨汁过程中柑橘皮、囊衣、种子等所含的苦味物质和橘皮油等进入产品果汁中,简化了榨后果汁处理工艺,果汁产品质量好,且易于控制。该机整个生产过程为连续进料、送果、切半、压榨、出汁、出皮渣连续完成。The design of a new type of dedicated equipment of juicing citrus was introduced, which was the Model BGZJ-7 Halved Citrus Juicer. With the juicing principle of the half-fruit rotating cones. It was the maximum to avoid the Citrus peel, Capsule clothing, seeds and citrus peel oil getting into the juice products. the process of virgin juice processing was Simplified. The juice product quality is good and easy to be con- trolled. The entire production process for the continuous feeding, sending fruit, cutting into halves, squee- zing, exporting juice and cleaning peels had been completed continuously.
