摘　　要：病理细胞免疫组织化学图像分析是显微图像分析中的一个重要内容,文章采用细胞形态学和病理学相结合的方法,将医学病理常用的手术切除组织切片经固定后,用Feulgen 染色,由图像采集系统将原始细胞图像存入计算机中,并对细胞图像进行分析、计算,得到阳性细胞的数量、面积分布、百分比分布、积分光密度以及阳性单细胞平均面积等参数,过程快速、准确,可应用于临床分析诊断.Image Analysis of Pathology Cell Immunohistochemistry plays an important role in microimage analysis．In this paper,a novel method which combined the cell morphology with pathology is presented．Staining slice of cell fixed with Feulgen coloring agent,and taking the origin cell image into computer＇s memory by an image collecting system,It can analysis,compute and obtain some parameter such as positive cell number,area distribution,percentage distribution,integral optical density and positive single cell average area．The method is quick and accurate,and the parameter is more helpful to the clinic analysis and the doctor＇ diagosis．
