摘　　要：学习是一个人获取知识,提高素质和增强本领的主要方式,也是一个民族、一个国家传承文明、自觉进步的重要体现。党历来重视学习、号召学习。大学更要坚守一个"学"字,摒弃"官本位",奉行"学本位",以学术为本,以教学为本,以教师为本,以学生为本,学而不厌、诲人不倦、学有所为。Learning, being one of the most important ways of acquiring knowledge, improving quality and enhancing skills, is a significant embodiment for a nation and country to inherit civilization and progress consciously. The Communist Party of China has always emphasized and called on learning. For colleges and universities, learning should be a persistent pursuit. College education should insist on the learning standard while abandoning the official one, concentrating on academy and teaching, developing a staff-and-student-oriented mode of education, which devotes to indefatigable learning and aims at earning with rewards.
