摘　　要：当前形势下,加快师范教育立法,完善教育法治建设,是保障和发挥师范教育在教育发展中基础性作用的客观需要,是实施依法治教、健全我国师范教育法治的必然要求;解决师范教育发展中的实际问题,是确保基础教育发展的关键所在。同时,良好的政策基础和丰富的立法经验为我国师范教育立法奠定了政策和法治基础,其他国家和地区丰富的经验为我国师范教育立法提供了开阔的国际视野和良好的借鉴意义。Under the current situation, speeding up normal education legislation and perfecting education legal construction is the objective demand of guaranteeing and keeping the basic role of normal education in education development, which is also the inevitable requirement of implementing education administration according to the laws in teacher education while solving the problems in normal education development is the key to ensure the development of basic education.At the same time,good policy basis and rich experience in legislation also have laid the foundation of law and policy for normal education legislation. Foreign rich experience in legislation provides an open international view and good reference for normal education legislation in our country.
