摘　　要：青少年学生运动伤害赔偿难题长期困扰学校体育运动的开展,课题组在调研和查阅相关资料的基础上,对体育运动伤害赔偿问题进行论述和分析,以"基本公共服务均等化"为视角,探索性地提出建立以法制为保障的、以国家公共财政支付为资金保障的、以社会保险为基本途径的、以社会救助为补偿的多元化赔偿机制,实现青少年学生体育运动伤害得到公平、公正的赔偿。For a long time,schcols have been besieged by the problems of students injury compensation in PE class. The research group has discussed and analyzed the problems of students＇ sports injury compensation based on the researching and accessing to relevant informa- tion.From the perspective of the equalization of basic public service,the authors put forward these suggestions：establishing a diversified com- pensation system which is based on legal system, state public financial payment system and social insurance and the compensation from the soci- ety, so as to guarantee that students can get fair compensation.
