摘  要:利用空间几何投影的方法,建立了双联虎克万向节的运动方程,推导出双联虎克万向节中间轴两端的凸缘叉相位角和传动比的关系的理论计算公式,分析了轴间夹角及相位角对转角差和瞬时传动比的影响,以及转动初始位置对转角差的影响。结果表明:转角差和转速差是输入轴转角的周期函数;相位角越大,转角差和转速差的振幅越大;轴间夹角越大,转角差和转速差的振幅越大。The motion equations were established by means of spatial geometric projection method. The equation for relationship between phase angular of flange yokes on two ends of jackshaft and transmission ratio was deduced. Hereafter,the influence of true joint angles and phase angle in a double cardan universal joint on the instantaneous transmission ratio and the rotation angle difference was analyzed, besides the influence of the initial angle on the rotation angle difference. The results in- dicate that the rotation angle difference and the rotation speed difference are periodic functions of rota- tion angle about input angle. The amplitude of rotation angle difference and the amplitude of the rota- tion speed difference increase with the phase angle. The amplitude of rotation angle difference and the amplitude of rotation speed difference increase with the true joint angles.
