摘　　要：对社会资本影响联盟动态稳定的机制进行研究,在问卷调查的基础上,对我国企业社会资本如何促进联盟动态稳定进行实证检验。研究表明,在不考虑互依平衡作用的情况下,结构、关系、认知等三个维度的社会资本对联盟动态稳定均具有显著的促进作用;引入互依平衡后,社会资本对联盟动态稳定的作用显著下降,互依平衡起到了部分中介作用。The paper studied the mechanism of which social capital influences alliance dynamic stability. On the base of questionnaire survey, the paper did an empirical test on how our enterprises＇ social capital promoted alliance dynamic sta- bility. The study showed that without considering the role of independent balance, social capital of three dimensions -- structural, relational and cognitive had a significant advancing effect on alliance dynamic stability. After independent bal- ance was introduced, this kind of effect decreased significantly. Thus, interdependent balance Dlaved an intrmediarv hart.
