摘 要:为研究透明质酸对人工滑液的黏度和流变特性的影响,利用自制的面接触润滑油膜光学测量装置,研究在不同的试验条件下透明质酸水溶液的流体成膜特性,推算出其承载力和相对剪切稀化特性,并建立全膜润滑条件下透明质酸水溶液流变测量技术。试验结果表明:流体动压润滑条件下,透明质酸水溶液具有明显的剪切稀化特性和良好的润滑成膜及承载能力。所提出的相对黏度的测量方法可用于剪切稀化的定量评价,为人工关节滑液性能的研究提供了研究手段。To study the influence of hyaluronic acid on viscosity and rheologlcal properties ot me synovlal ilula, me tlulu film properties of hyaluronic acid aqueous solution under different conditions were studied at a fixed-inclined slider bearing test apparatus, the load-carrying capacity and the relative shear thinning property were obtained, and a new technology was put forward to measure the rheological properties of hyaluronic acid aqueous solution under full-film lubrication. The results show that hyaluronic acid aqueous solution has good lubricating property and load-carrying capacity, and obvious shear thinning property under hydrodynamic pressure lubrication condition. The measuring method of relative viscosity proposed can be used to evaluate the shear thinning property of synovial fluids quantitatively, which provides a means for the study of synovial fluid properties.
