摘　　要：知识产权战略下民族地区制定实施地理标志战略具有必然性,其可以保证国家知识产权战略的实施,促进区域经济社会发展,维护民族地区社会政治稳定,促进知识产权法律制度的完善。但是民族地区制定实施地理标志战略必须彰显民族特色,发挥区域优势,并且要完善地理标志立法,建立地理标志战略的管理机制,以及营造良好的社会环境。Under the national intellectual property strategy, it is inevitable to establish and implement the geographical indications strategy in the national autonomous areas, which can ensure the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy, promoting regional economic and social development, maintaining social and political stability in national autonomous areas, improving the intellectual property legal system. But to establish and implement the geographical indications strategy in the national autonomous areas must reveal ethnic characteristics, give full play to regional advantages. And it is necesarry to perfect the legislation of geographical indications, establish management mechanism of geographical indication strategy, and to create a favorable social environment.
