摘  要:为设计火炮反后坐试验装置,分析了反后坐装置的结构和动作原理,并进行了力学计算。在此基础上,确定了反后坐试验装置设计方案。为了选取合理的冲击参数以保证反后坐试验装置的准确度,基于MSC.ADAMS软件建立了虚拟模拟试验装置,以冲击质量、冲击速度、接触刚度和阻尼系数作为试验因素,进行了计算机仿真和验证。仿真结果表明,该试验装置可以满足火炮反后坐实际试验要求,为火炮反后坐装置的可靠性研究提供了科学有效的方法。In order to design the experimental equipment of gun recoil,analyze the action principle and structure of experimen-tal equipment of gun recoil,and take force calculation.On this basis,the design proposal of experimental equipment of gun recoil was determined.In order to select reasonable impact parameters to ensure the accuracy of the simulation of gun recoil,a virtual firing test environment was developed based on MSC.ADAMS software.Computer simulation and verification were done with taking impact mass,impact velocity,contact stiffness and full value damping as test factors.The simulation result shows this experimental equipment can meet the actual experiments of gun recoil.It provides an economical and effective method to reliability studies and accelerated test of gun recoil device.
