摘 要:为了解决玉米生长中期施肥困难、撒施肥料利用率低等问题,设计了一款玉米中期电动施肥机。详细介绍了该机的基本结构、工作原理和性能参数;同时利用电流双闭环控制系统原理设计开发出施肥机电子控制系统;并对施肥机进行了静态、动态和田间施肥性能试验。结果表明,该施肥机施肥量与排肥轴的转速成线性关系,总排肥量稳定性变异系数为1.62%,施肥量准确度达到92.12%。该机具能够满足玉米中期施肥的农艺要求。According to difficultly topdressing and low fertilizer utilization rate in the maize middle topdressing process,an electric fertilizer applicator was designed.The basic structure,working principle and parameters of the machine were introduced in detail.The electronic control system of fertilizer applicator was developed according to the principle of current double closed-loops.The static,dynamic and field tests for fertilization performance were conducted.Experiment results show that the fertilizing amount and distributing shaft speed into linear relationship,the stability variability coefficient of the full fertilizer quantity is 1.62%,the fertilization precision can reach 92.12%.The fertilizer applicator can satisfy with the agriculture requirements for maize in middle-fertilization.
