硬核性白内障人工晶状体手术效果临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硬核性白内障手术的临床效果。方法采用改良式小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体手术治疗大硬核性白内障67眼。结果术后1月矫正视力：0．02～0．05者2眼（2．99％）、0．06—0．08者6眼（9．00％）、0．1—0．3者10眼（14．93％），0．4—0．5者12眼（17．91％），0．6—0．8者22眼（32．84％），≥1．0者15眼（22．38％）。所有患者术后视力较术前视力均有明显提高。主要并发症：术中前房出血2眼（2．99％）、后囊破裂1眼（1．49％）、中度角膜水肿5眼（7．46％）、迟发型葡萄膜炎2眼（2．99％）。结论改良式小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体手术治疗大硬核性白内障方法简单，安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision to treat the hart - nucleus cataract. Methods The modified small incision of non - phacoemulsification and intraocular lens surgery was performed on 54 eases （67 eyes ）. Results At postoperative 1 month, the best corrected visual aeuities was 0. 02 - 0.05 of 2 eyes （ 2.99% ） ,0.06 ~ 0. 08 of 6 eyes （9.00%）,0.1 ~0.3 of 10 eyes （14.93%）,0.4-0.5 of 12 eyes （17.91%）,0.6 ~0.8 of 12 eyes （32. 84% ） ,more than or as much as 1.0 of 15 eyes （22. 38% ）. The postoperative visual acuity of all of the patients were bviously improved. The main complications were intraoperative hemorrhage of anterior chamber 2 eyes （2.99%） , posterior capsule rupture 1 eyes （ 1.49% ） , moderate corneal edema 5 eyes （7.46%） ,late phase uveitis after operation 2 eyes （2. 99% ）. Conclusion Modified small incision of non - phacoemulsification and intraocular lens surgery is simple, safe and effective to treat the hard -nucleus cataract.
