摘　　要：为了使监测人员更全面地了解森林监测区域的情况,以集传感器技术、GPS定位技术、视频图像采集技术、WCDMA无线传输技术于一体的信息采集设备采集的数据为基础,通过对Google Maps API进行二次开发,将采集设备对温湿度信息处理结果及采集的视频与谷歌地图结合起来,构建基于B/S结构的森林火灾监测系统。该系统在谷歌地图上模拟森林监测站点,实现了在站点发布该区域温湿度变化信息、火险预测等级、视频信息。因此,监测人员可以在谷歌地图上了解各监测站点温度变化情况、火险等级情况,也可通过视频实时了解监测区域的情况,为监测人员采取合理的扑救措施提供了依据。In order to make monitoring personnel more comprehensively grasp the situation of forest-monitoring regional, based on the data collected by the information collection device, which sets sensor technology, GPS positioning technology, the technology of video image gathering, WCDMA wireless transmission technology in one,through Google Maps API＇ s secondary development, combining the result of the collection device processing collecting temperature and humidity information and collected video with Google maps,the forest fire monitoring system is constructed based on B/S structure. The system simulates forest monitoring sites in Google Maps and realizes the region＇s information publishing about temperature and humidity changes ,fire prediction grade and the video information, so monitoring personnel can learn every monitoring site＇ s situation about temperature changes and fire danger grade, and also can learn the monitoring area＇ s situation through real-time video monitoring. So the system provides a basis for the monitoring personnel to take reasonable measures for fighting.
