摘　　要：介绍了基于因特网的企业信息系统体系结构与实现技术，同时针对国内大、中型企业的特点与需求，基于先进性、可靠性、实用性的准则，详细分析了客户机／服务器（ＣＩＳ）模式和浏览器／服务器（ＢＩＳ）模式的各自优缺点，提出了集成Ｃ／Ｓ与Ｂ／Ｓ模式的虚拟企业信息系统体系结构模型（Ｂ－Ｃ－Ｓ模型）．In this paper the Internet application and technology in enterprise arc introduced. which include Web site constitute skill, the architecture of information system and implement technique. Based on advanced, reliability, practicability, analyzed advantage and disadvantage of Client/Server and Browser/Server model in detail. At last a virtual enterprise information system architecture integration Client/Server and Browser/Server model based Internett is proposed.
