深水池初学蛙泳简化教学程序实验研究

摘　　要：针对初学蛙泳的少儿生理、心理特点,对传统的蛙泳教学进行改革,设计出以呼吸为纽带的初级蛙泳简化教学程序。结果表明,简化教学程序与传统蛙泳教学方法相比,深水初学蛙泳简化教学程序有利于初学者较快较好地掌握蛙泳技术动作。Based on the literature and many years practical teaching experience of deep breaststroke,this paper makes the improvement to the traditional breaststroke teaching,according to childrens physiological,psychological characteristics,the condition of deep water and technical structure of breaststroke,designs the simple teaching procedure as the link to breathe for the primary frog swimming.Compared with the traditional teaching,with the specialized teaching simplified teaching program without legs and arms working together to avoid with teaching difficulties.And chooses 177 children in 2012 childrens summer training class to carry out a teaching experiment.The results show that,deepwater breaststroke teaching procedures simplified will help beginners grasp breaststroke technique quickly,compared with the traditional breaststroke teaching methods before.
