摘　　要：在经济全球化和信息技术全面普及的背景下,"全球运营"正在成为企业生产、运营和管理的主要模式。文中以上海对外贸易学院开展"全球运营中心"为主题的实践教学项目开发为例,对商科院校开展以"全球运营"为特色的实践教学模式进行探索,同时对"全球运营中心"实践系统的结构和功能进行说明,并针对系统在使用及运行与维护过程中存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的解决对策。＂Global Operation＂ has gradually become the main mode of enterprise production, operation and management under the background of economic globalization and universal access of information technology. This paper explores the practical teaching mode with ＂Global Operation＂ characteristics in commerce universities by taking the ＂Global Operations Center Practice Teaching Project＂ as an example, which was carried out by Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. It describes the structure and function of the practice system, analyses the problems in the process of using, operating and maintaining of the system, and then puts forward corresponding solutions for the problems.
