摘　　要：介绍了一种由DNA条形码科研成果移植而来的生命科学专题教学实验。该实验体系稳定、重复性好、综合性强,具备很好的可操作性。实践证明,此项目可以激发学生创新精神和提高学生知识的综合运用能力。Experiment is the basis of life sciences. A scientific research achievement of DNA barcoding is transplanted into the specific teaching experiment. The experimental system is very good in stability, precision, maneuverability, and integration. It is proved that this program may stimulate the students~ innovative spirit and improve their abilities of synthesis utilization knowledge.
