摘　　要：经济管理类实验室运用矩阵型结构管理模式,可有效地消除集中型和分散型管理模式所产生的弊端,有利于院系之间的沟通协调,调动院系实验室建设的积极性;有利于提高实验室建设资金的利用效率,提高实验室建设质量;有利于增强实验的针对性,加强学生的个性化培养。The matrix structure management mode can eliminate the drawbacks from centralized and decentralized management in the economics and management laboratory. It is beneficial to link-up and coordination between departments, and it is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm about construction of laboratories in the meantime. It will improve the utilization efficiency of laboratory construction funds and increase the laboratory construction quality. Furthermore, the pertinence of experiments will also be enhanced, which can strengthen the personalized training for students.
