摘  要:目的探讨脑梗死患者血浆硫化氢(H2S)、胱硫醚-β-合酶(CBS)含量的变化及意义。方法检测167例脑梗死(CI)患者和108例健康对照者采用分光光度法测定H2S血清浓度,Elisa试剂盒测定CBS活性,并分析血清H2S和CBS含量的差异与脑梗死的关系。结果①脑梗死患者血浆H2S、CBS含量均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);②在167例脑梗死患者中,大面积脑梗死患者H2S含量明显高于中面积和腔隙性脑梗死患者(P<0.01),CBS含量显著低于腔隙性脑梗死患者(P<0.01)。结论血浆中H2S、CBS含量的变化可能参与脑梗死的发病机制。Objective Investigate changes and significance of the plasma levels of hydrogen sulfide( H2S) and cystathionine-beta-synthase( CBS) on cerebral infarction. Methods Spectrophotometry,ELISA kits detected serum H2S and CBS content of 167 cases of patients with CI and 108 healthy control group,and analysis of the relationship of serum H2S and CBS content differences with cerebral infarction risk factors. Results Plasma H2S and CBS content of cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those of the healthy control group( P 0. 01) ; in 167 patients with cerebral infarction,the content of H2S with massive cerebral infarction was significantly higher than in the area and lacunar patients with cerebral infarction( P 0. 01) ,the content of CBS was significantly lower than patients with lacunar infarction( P 0. 01) . Conclusion Changes of the content of H2S and CBS may be involved in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.
