摘 要:主要针对某型号气动钉枪,采用有限元方法对其枪体进行了模态分析。首先,在Pro/E中建立了该枪体的三维实体模型;其次,利用HyperMesh软件建立了枪体的有限元动力学模型,并在Optistruct求解器下对该模型进行了模态分析,获得了模型的固有频率及相应的振型;最后,将求解的结果生成模态中性文件(.mnf)导入ADAMS中进行结果展示。分析结果不仅有利于了解结构的动态特性,避免共振,而且还成功实现了HyperMesh与ADAMS的联合仿真,为后续在AD-AMS中对整枪的动态特性分析提供了分析基础。In this paper, the finite element modal analysis is carried out for the body of a particular pneumatic nailer gun. The 3D solid model of the box is build by Pro/E, the finite element dynamic model is established with HyperMesh. Through the modal analysis using the Optistruct solver, the natural frequency and modal shape are obtained. At last, the modal neutral file is obtained and is directly imported into the dynamics analysis soft- ware ADAMS. The analysis results can not only help to understand dynamic characteristics of the structure, but also avoid resonance. In addition, the co-simulation of HyperMesh and ADAMS is successfully brought about. It provides the basic of the following dynamic characteristics analysis in ADAMS.
