摘　　要：为提高军校学员综合素质,结合军体教学实际,就贯彻"教为不教"理念的理解、定位、把握和从锻炼意识引导层面贯彻"教为不教"教学理念的八个切入点进行了探索实践,以期为深入贯彻"教为不教"教学理念提供借鉴.To boost the comprehensive quality of cadets in military academy, by combining with the teaching practice of military sports, this article makes an exploration and practice in terms of carrying out and holding the teaching idea of Teaching is for no teaching, and eight entry points of conducting the teaching idea of Teaching is for no teaching from the level of guiding exercise consciousness, expecting to provide a reference for implemen- ting thoroughly teaching idea of Teaching is for no teaching.
