摘　　要：[目的]进一步检验与运用中文版护士工作环境感知量表(C-PNWE),完善C-PNWE量表的开发,为医院管理者提供护理管理方面的测量工具。[方法]采用横断面设计,运用C-PNWE对311名护士进行现况调查,对测量结果进行统计描述与验证性因子分析,确定观测变量与潜因子之间的关系。[结果]经验证性因子分析,C-PNWE的各拟合指数均在可被接受水平;C-PNWE的内部结构与其理论架构有良好的一致性;护士C-PNWE评分为2.70分。[结论]C-PNWE具有较好的测量学特征,可用于评价我国护士工作环境状况。Objective：To further inspect and apply Chinese version of perceived nursing work environment scale in Chinese vision（C-PNWE） and improve the development of the C-PNWE,so as to provide measurement tools on nursing management for hospital administrators.Methods：A total of 311 nurses were investigated on their status by using a cross-sectional design and C-PNWE,statistical description of the measurement results and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out to determine the relationship between the observed variables and latent factors.Results：The confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fit indices of C-PNWE were in acceptable level;there was a good consistency between internal structure of C-PNWE and its theoretical framework.The nurses＇ C-PNWE score was 2.70.Conclusion：C-PNWE has better measurement characteristics,and can be used to evaluate the status quo of the work environment of nurses in China.
