摘　　要：本文对在法医临床学重新鉴定过程中所遇到的4例失误进行了综合分析。就损伤鉴定失误的原因、纠正、防范等提出了见解,以期为广大法医临床鉴定工作同行提供参考。This paper analysed synthetically 4 erroneous events in the forensic clinical medicine re-identification. The views on the cause, correction and prevention of erroneous identification were proposed, so as to provide reference for the countparts.
