摘　　要：[目的]探讨主管护师的时间管理倾向与自我价值感的关系。[方法]采用改编的时间管理倾向量表和自我价值感量表,对206名主管护师进行调查。[结果]不同年龄主管护师的自我价值感得分差异有统计学意义,时间管理倾向总分及各维度得分与总体、一般及特殊自我价值感得分呈正相关,且对自我价值有显著的预测作用;高、低自我价值感者在时间管理倾向上得分差异有统计学意义;时间管理倾向对自我价值感具有良好预测作用,特别是时间效能感是自我价值感各层面的一个显著的预测变量。[结论]高年龄主管护师的自我价值感低于低年龄者,主管护师时间管理倾向与自我价值感存在相关性,高自我价值感的主管护师时间管理倾向显著高于低自我价值感者;主管护师的时间管理倾向与自我价值感具有相互促进的作用。Objective：To probe into relationship between time management disposition and self- worth sense of nurses in charge. Methods： The adap-ted time management disposition scale and self - worth scale were used to investigate 206 nurses - in - charge. Results：There was statistical signifi- cant difference in self- worth sense score among different ages of nurses- in - charge, total score of time management disposition and score of each dimension were positively correlated with overall, general and specific self- worth sense scores, and had significant predicting effect for self - worth; there was statistical significant difference in time management disposition score between nurses - in - charge with high and low self - worth sense; time management disposition had a good predictive role for self- worth sense,especially time- efficacy was a significant predictors in all levels of self - worth. Conclusion： Self - worth sense of high age of charge nurse is lower than that of low age of charge nurses,time management disposition of nurses in charge has correlation with self - worth sense, time manage-ment disposition of charge nurse with high self - worth sense was signifi-cantly higher than that of nurses in charge with low self-worth sense; time management disposition of charge nurse and worth sense has mutually reinforcing effects self-worth sense.
