摘　　要：本文在参考国内外对首席质量官知识能力任职资格要求的基础上,立足企业首席质量官岗位职责,构建了首席质量官任职所需的知识体系和能力体系,为组织培养和选拔CQO提供参考借鉴。Based on reference of domestic and foreign qualification requirements of know and capacity system for Chief Quality Officers （CQO）, the paper focusing on the obligation of chief quality offer constructs a know and capability system the CQO needed in order to provide references for the enterprise CQO training and selection.
