摘 要:气动阀门的模型辨识是实现控制参数自整定的关键点之一.提出了一种基于继电反馈法的模型识别方法,从一个继电反馈实验的极限周期振荡中提取出其准确的正、反行程的一阶惯性加纯滞后模型.该方法结合气动阀门的实际物理特性,没有任何近似与假设,给出了具体的操作方法与计算公式.对某型号气动阀门进行实例验证并将辨识结果用Matlab进行仿真,通过两者的对照分析,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性.System identification of the pneumatic valve is one of the keys of its automatic tuning. The method pro- posed is based on relay feedback,and could get the first order plus dead-time dynamic transfer function of the pneu- matic valve of its forward,reverse process, all of these are derived from the limited cycles under the relay feedback. The practical physical characteristics of pneumatic valve are well considered, and there's no approximation and as- sumption in the whole experiment and derivation. Besides, the specific operation and its calculation formula is shown. Based on the above, a certain type of pneumatic valve is tested and the identified model functions are valida- ted by the emulator, matlab. It shows great accuracy and availability through the comparison analysis of the real valve process and the simulation result.
