摘　　要：招生工作作为成人教育的重要环节,对成人教育事业发展发挥了重要的作用。但是随着社会发展,现有招生制度与日益增长的人们物质文化水平需求的矛盾日趋突出。文章分析了成人教育招生现状,并对在现有形势下如何做好成人招生工作进行了浅析。The enrollment work as an important part of adult education, plays an important role in the development of adult education. But with the development of society, the contradiction existing enrollment system and the increasing of people＇ s material and cultural level demand increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the enrollment of adult education, and also analyzes how to make adult enrollment in the existing situation.
